However, if you're not a time crunch, you could make more by selling with a real estate agent or a low commission broker. WebOpendoor is a business out trying to make a buck but in a way that alienates many people. It's convenient when you have to get out of a home fast but doesn't make sense otherwise IMO. Had a listing just go under contract over list.
