Personally with Dodge NP435s being pretty cheap and usually easy to find, I'd just pick on up. This is the exact opposite of anything I have ever seen/worked on before which is why I was so confused. I'll get that bearing pulled out and then hopefully that will give me the wiggle room I need to clear that larger gear.

The rear of Ford the case has a 4 bolt square bolt pattern for the 2x4's and the 4x4's have a trapaziod pattern (top 2 bolts are closer than the bottom 2 bolts).
